The comfort PM auto range sets new standards for energy-efficient hot water re-circulation in residential homes. A low noise permanent magnet motor, energy consumption is reduced to as little as 5 - 8.5 W. Utilizing auto adapt ensures the pump only runs when required. The result is maximum comfort with lower wait times for hot water, reducing water and electrical waste. The intelligent auto adapt function learns the hot water consumption pattern of the household and adapts to it. Every time hot water is tapped, the temperature in the hot water pipes changes as soon as the hot water is led from the water heater. This is registered via the external temperature sensor mounted on the hot water pipe and stored in a tapping calendar. The tapping calendar covers two week's tapping history at all times to make sure that the different consumption patterns of workdays and weekends are taken into account. Has the pump been on standby for 8 hr the system is automatically flushed for 15 min.
